NAME: Zoe Washburne ALIAS: Corporal Zoe Alleyne SOCIAL CONTROL #: 129,426,3,3523 DOB: 15/02/2484 HOME WORLD: None, Born Vesselside ALLIANCES: Browncoat, 57th Overlanders OCCUPATION: First Mate on the Firefly transport "Serenity" KNOWN ASSOCIATES: Hoban "Wash" Washburne (Husband) - Despite some reservations about him in the very beginning, Zoe loves her husband dearly and would do anything to protect him, as can be seen by her actions when asked to chose between him and Mal to save from
Niska. The two are known for their arguements as well, mostly over Zoe blindly following Mal. It's a very equal relationship however, despite how Zoe seems to "wear the pants".
Malcolm "Mal" Reynolds (Captain) - Zoe would follow Mal to the very edge of the 'Verse however. The two just know each other and survived the Unification War where so few did. She's the only member of the crew that knows the Mal before he lost absolutely everything in
the Battle of Serenity and is one of two things that stuck with Mal after the war. She considers him one of her very best friends.
Kaywinnit Lee "Kaylee" Frye (Mechanic) - Zoe is protective of most of the crew, especially any of the females on board (Having even told Jayne to stop because "[He was] scaring the women") and Kaylee is little exception. She's the youngest of the actual "crew" on Serenity
and Zoe would do close to anything to protect her from more of the evils of the world.
Jayne Cobb (Thorn In side) - Zoe's relationship with Jayne is a more complicated one considering they first met when he had a gun trained on her. She respects Jayne's abilities with weapons, even if he is a bit more sloppy in his shooting. The only reason she hasn't tossed
him out the airlock in his sleep however is Mal's trust that Jayne won't betray them.
Inara Serra (Companion) - Inara could very well be considered Zoe's polar opposite if you don't look much beyond the outside. Both are strong in character with careful control of their moments. The main difference is Inara uses a tea pot for first meetings. Zoe usually has
a gun. Nevertheless, Zoe respects the other woman greatly, even though she's always not sure what to think.
Derrail Book (Shepard) - she really didn't know what to expect when told that there would be a Shepard on board of Serenity. Book has been far from the normal Shepard and man of God with apparent standing in the Alliance and yet gladly flying in the black with a couple of
Independents and fugatives. She'd like to know more about the man, but thinks he's generally good for Mal, even if the captain won't admit it.
Simon Tam (Doctor) - She might not seem like it at first glance, but Zoe likes Simon. She admires the amount of devotion he has for his sister and doing that much against the alliance rather amuses her. He's also highly intelligent and has almost officially become part of
the crew.
River Tam (......) - River is seriously one of the few people that scare Zoe because she's really not sure what to expect from the girl next. She's fairly sure she's prepared if the girl ever did go completely crazy on the ship, but the idea that she might not be almost
scares her more.
